PA1.0 is suitable for applications where smaller tensile and compressive forces need to be measured with high reliability. The low profile design makes the load cell useful in smaller machines, fixtures and systems where space, repeatability and easy mounting are important requirements.
The load cell is made of high quality alloy steel and is based on the parallelogram principle. Four strain gauges in a full bridge measure the load and provide an analog signal proportional to the applied load. The design reduces the effect of eccentric loading and PA1.0 is supplied with 5 m shielded cable as standard.
