Custom sensors are used when a standard sensor does not fit the geometry, load case or environmental requirements of the application. This may involve force measuring bolts, multi axis force sensors, washer force sensors, torque sensors or other sensor solutions that need to be developed for a specific design.
We help you develop custom sensors based on how the measurement will be used in practice. This may mean instrumenting an existing component or designing a new sensor body from the ground up. With in house production, calibration and technical expertise, we can take the solution from idea and design to a finished sensor for testing, verification or operation.
