PZ5.0 is developed for applications where tensile and compressive forces up to 5 kN need to be measured with stable precision. The compact design makes the load cell easy to integrate into machines, fixtures and other solutions where space is limited.
The load cell works according to the parallelogram principle and is made of high quality alloy steel with a zinc plated surface. The load is measured with four strain gauges in a full bridge, which provides an analog signal that follows the applied load. PZ5.0 should be mounted between rod ends to minimise side loads and is supplied with 5 m shielded cable as standard.
