SU100 is suitable for applications where tensile and compressive forces up to 100 kN need to be measured with repeatable precision. It is a good choice in industrial test systems, machines and technical structures where the sensor needs to withstand recurring loading.
The force sensor is made of high quality alloy steel and is built for fatigue load cases. Measurement is carried out with strain gauges connected in a full bridge, which provides an analog signal proportional to the load. SU100 has an IP65 rating, a 4 pole connector as standard and can be adapted to customer needs.
