WK1500 is used when high compressive forces need to be measured in applications where stability and operational reliability are important requirements. It is suitable for industrial measurement tasks, test equipment and structures where the load is high and where the sensor needs to provide reliable values.
The sensor is made of high quality alloy steel and has a protected design where the strain gauges are encapsulated with several protective layers. Measurement is carried out in a full bridge and provides an analog signal that follows the applied load. WK1500 has an IP65 rating and can be adapted with dual bridges as an option.
