AC100 is suitable for applications where tensile and compressive forces up to 100 kN need to be measured with high reliability. The low profile design makes the sensor easy to integrate into industrial solutions where space is limited but where force measurement still needs to be stable.
The force sensor is made of high quality alloy steel with a zinc plated surface. The applied load is registered by strain gauges placed on radial springs inside the sensor. The design provides low deflection, high stiffness and an analog signal proportional to the load. AC100 has an IP65 rating and can be supplied with connector or cable.
