AC200 is developed for applications where tensile and compressive forces up to 200 kN need to be measured with stable precision. The low profile design makes the sensor suitable when large forces need to be handled in machines, fixtures or measurement equipment where installation height is limited.
The sensor is made of high quality alloy steel and has a zinc plated surface for corrosion protection. The load is registered by strain gauges on radial springs inside the sensor, which provides an analog signal that follows the applied load. AC200 has high stiffness, low deflection at rated load and an IP65 rating.
