UTM200 is suitable for applications where tensile and compressive forces need to be measured reliably in industrial environments. It can be used in test equipment, machines and other structures where the load is high and where the sensor needs to withstand recurring load cycles.
The force sensor is made of high quality alloy steel and is designed for fatigue loading. Strain gauges register the applied load and provide an analog signal that follows the load. UTM200 has a zinc plated surface, an IP65 rating and is developed for stable measurement in both tension and compression.
